For the responsive module I entered the wallpaper competition for Feathr. There was a voting system on the website for a few months, and I got to 4th place by the end of the competition - out of over 700.
To get this successful I had to promote my work a lot on social media, and ask individuals to vote for me. This was quite a tiring process that was very hit and miss, but I was determined.
My design ended up being selected to be put up for sale on the Feathr website, which was very good news and gave me confidence in myself. It is the first time I've ever had my work selected or created design for commercial use.

I was emailed about choosing colour variations. While it was very open and up to me, this was a useful experience of freelance-type communication. |

Colour variations I created. |
I tried to think of colours that weren't too vivid but gave customers a wide choice of different moods.

There seemed to be an issue for the second time, which I had to act on very quickly. |
The issue with the files is something that probably happens often in the design industry, and I did find it difficult to fix them. However, I got there in the end and I'm glad that I experienced this real-life exchange of my work.
